Runners’ Retreat online shop terms and conditions
We try to ensure that all products advertised on our website are in stock.
If we are temporarily out of stock of a product and unable to despatch your order straight away, we will notify you with an expected delivery date.
You, of course, have the option of cancelling your order if you want to at this stage.
Order lead times
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours and then despatched using Royal Mail.
We only debit funds from your credit card when your order is dispatched.
We process your payment using Stripe secure servers. We do not hold your credit card details on our website.
14 days returns policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase so, if your purchase is unsuitable and you want to return it, then please do so within 14 days.
We can offer you an exchange or a refund according to your preference but please note that we can only accept a product back if it is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was despatched.
We do need to charge postage for any exchange.
In the case of a refund we will give you a full refund, within 14 days of receipt of the product in original, re-saleable condition, in its original packaging.

Please quote your original order numer, name and the email address used when you placed your order.
Please also indicate which product you would like to exchange the item for of if you require a refund instead.
